Could it be the Downloadable Omake that it means in the commentary or here?

If so, I don't have an account to webcatalog and I don't know the password code to download it (looks like it's in the doujin itself?).

Though, it seems there's a short manga with Samidare and Error Musume on his Twitter, so I don't know if it's the one you mentionned but I'll be uploading it then (but it was mentionned that it was a sample from the books he's selling).
