I don't see why it should not pass, tho - The art style is funny and silly, but it's far from terrible. It is pretty similiar case to Setz 4komas IMHO.

Hec, i see some similarities to Russian or Polish rag dolls. My grandmother has some dolls like this, it's quite nostalgic.

Well, this one is nice and all but lacks that 4koma-like gags, and she's new artist so her artstyle is not so recognizable like Setz's arts, or other artists using so called non-anime style.

Setz as prime example? Setz always had one style, but we watched how it was refining over time and no major art shifts (not counting few comic book's art parody).

How about peachems_(gemu)? Moonywitcher got similar to his setup - silly drawn gags and fine pictures, despite his "cartoonish" style. And he's already established here.
