Yes it can, it just requires some fiddling using 3D transforms. I've taken the liberty of adding that to the textbox here.

Also, I see you enclosed your link URL in square brackets after the quoted text and colon. Is that the way to prevent ending punctuation (such as a slash or parenthesis) from being confused with immediately subsequent sentence punctuation?

Yes, you need the surrounding div to establish a 3D context, and then the inner div to actually transform the text.
