Watched the movie Girls & Panzer!! ~Part 1I've only been there about five times so far... I never thought I'd go five times. (But I'll go again) I reserved my seat as soon as reservations opened, so I was the first one there. Woooooooooo!! It was so much fun!! I made my first pilgrimage to the holy land on October 22nd, so the roads and places I've been to kept popping up... I never thought the Seaside Hotel and Aqua World would even be blown up lol I ended up walking on the beach and taking pictures of the torii gates. Big sister is just the best... She rushes to Miho's aid when she's in trouble, showing no embarrassment at all, and her coolness as if it were natural, as well as her feelings for her sister as she reminisces about the past and returns to her parents' house. I can't stop crying... Just hearing the BGM "It's the Nishizumi way!" and "I love the Panzer II tank!" makes my tear ducts loosen. And then the "Shhh..." in Miho's room. I personally thought Maho's expression and gestures at this time were the best scene in the movie. I tried to draw it from memory, but... it's nowhere near the affectionate expression in the original.She was also outstanding in the final battle! It was cool to see her calmly analyze and deal with the mysterious bombing (Kakar self-propelled mortar)! I think she was analyzing the battle situation, such as the type of vehicle and distance, from the sounds of the firing and impact, and Nonna was acting in the same way.The combination with Miho at the end is also super amazing! Not only the camera work, but also the battle ideas are always great, such as Miho stalling the enemy tank chasing from behind by drifting and destroying it from above.I wonder what she said to Miho in the ending? I think it was probably something like "Why don't you come back to Kuromorimine?" but it was a clever touch to cut out the dialogue in that scene and let the viewers imagine it.
