While technically not incorrect, this way of phrasing is weird, since it's more like a statement instead of a command. The correct one is "lichtet den Anker!" (Weigh anchor!). Proper seamen would probably use "Anker auf!" or "Anker gelichtet!" (Anchors aweigh!) instead.
