    That's a different video (the original was deleted from nicodou though, afaik). The nicodou movie I posted was released by Wakamoto Norio himself, as some sort of video series called "neta ni ikiru otoko", as far as I can tell. He says something like "Thanks for watching my last video, blah blah, a lot of people were saying 'do "ALL HAIL BRITANNIA!"' in the comments, well, I thought I'd give this a try." Then he recites the dialogue from this comic, with just a still shot of the URL of the comic and the first panel.

    I guess someone transplanted the audio from that video onto the actual scene from Code Geass, haha.
