This is one of those pieces that requires TNs because you can't translate the relevant parts of the joke, AND it contains a pun that needs to be Do-Re-Mi.
Fortunately, these TNs are relatively painless. There's no context or cultural explanation that needs to be laid out. It's just the names of two fruits.
The song lyrics themselves are also silly inanities where more is lost than gained from translation. "Do is Doremy's Do/Re is Reimu's Re/Mi is Mikan's Mi" - bit like "Do is for Doremy" etc. but the rhythm gets thrown off if this is translated.
Page 2 is also done, and as long as you read the page one TNs going in, it translates much more cleanly.
