    Marisa finally got her flying license, light vehicle category!

    Here in Malaysia, if you were taking a driving license and passed the practical driving test, you will be given a P-plate sticker thing, which you need to attach it to your vehicle to let others know you are a new driver before you can possess the Competent Driving License which is 2 years later

    So yeah this whole thing reminded my friends how they look similar to those power items in Touhou lel
    Kanako would be needing a heavy vehicle license since those onbashiras.

    I remember Japan have the similar system, IIRC, in ika musume there is a chapter where the rookie driver can attach a chevron like sticker in their to indicate that they are a new driver.

    actually it should be implemented in every country for safety reason..
