I don't mind if it's Michishio, I'd have to raise one from zero though. However I really hope my Asashio Lv 76 is the elected candidate.

Don't mind either way. But I think I would want Michishio to get one sooner. For completeness sake. Through the last event, all Nishimura members gathered at my place, now I want them all to have Kai-ni. THat's it.

Both 'Shios are strong contenders. I personally hope for Asashio, though either one is fine since both are Lv20. (Yeppers, been neglecting the Asashio-class...)

I think Mogami doesn't have a Kai-ni, so there is that one missing one too.

In the Nishimuras, there's only Shigure, Fusou, Yamashiro that have Kai-ni. The other 4, including Michishio and Mogami don't have one yet. Well, Yamagumo and Asagumo was introduced later than the others though.
