I didn't see the howto:upload thing. However I read the rules from the link at the bottom and it didn't say anything about it.
Also, I only attempted to upload the work that I felt was fairly close to the existing content on this site.

What I'm saying is, it isn't very clear what the site's principle is unless you were to find
those howto pages. The Rules link at the bottom should have included the more defined tenets.

I'm not trying to spite the system and upload my stuff anyway. I didn't know people hated that.

On a side note, I read the howto:comment and the first rule is 'Be polite.'
That NoyemiK person was needlessly rude. I would leave feedback on them, but
this site has a less than stellar layout so I can't find where to do that.
