could anybody tell me why this artist and Fubuki is getting much attention lately? she is just a plain girl with no special characteristics (it's my opinion, so for the Fubuki fans I sincerely apologize if it sounded rude to you). Nothing special is going on but just Fubuki being Bucky.

I don't know what the artist's motivation is, but these blue images of her are a serious from this artist and they are well known too, if I see that they have over 1k uploads here.

Probably the comic series in pool #10859 that started around the same time as the blue sketches, in which an admiral struggles with his attraction to an (apparently) innocently teasing Bukki.

I think its mostly just Kouji working some magic in terms of the angles he chooses to draw her with. He's a pretty good artist and it shows with how he can boost her charm with just a cute pose or something like that. For the most part yeah, she is just normal and vanilla Bukki though.
