Yup, for normal drop, Uzuki is the top rare. At events, Unryuu is another top-drop-rare.

For only this month Uzuki drop in EO maps. Which, is still quite hard to get her. <- No Uzuki

I've gotten seven Uzuki this month at 2-5 while trying to get Taigei to drop.

Seven. Eight.

I fed them all to Yayoi.

Uzuki was far more easily to get during the Winter Event (Never catch one before, got a lot during my search for Sakawa in E-1) but otherwise yep, she's one of the hardest Kanmusu to find in regular maps (Currently, the most effective way would be 1-5...)

Uzuki's a useless little bunny, only good for her sex trophy appeal.

Pretty sure she's more rare than nagato and mutsu.
Edit: A couple months to find her and it was a winter event drop and now I just picked her up 4 times today...
