Fixed the note, as for some reason, I didn't catch it the first time I went through this, maybe too tired at the time or something.

But anyway, it's a reference to moe moe kyun!, except Liliana's doing it wrong. She's using the "burning/passion" homonym (燃え) instead of the usual one (萌え) for "moe," and "ossu!" (typical male greeting, especially among sport-types) instead of "kyun!"
