Anyone else feel like the artist tried to do too much with this one? The cape, the braids, the bandolier on top of the two side turret/hull things just make the whole thing feel chaotic.

She has joined the dark side. Not with the abyssals though.

An ancient adage once goes: "There is no kill like overkill."

I think he should have given her just one braid, no more. The other one on her left seems redundant, out of the way. But otherwise, she's lovely as she is now =3
It's okay my brother. One of this days...one of these days...

Give him props for trying something different and putting extra effort into it, I guess. Can't say much of the artists do that with theirs.

All that really changed with her hairstyle (apart from her flaps) is that she braided what was formerly her twintails.

I guess the long uniform top is supposed to give off a banchou vibe, to continue with Delinquent Kawakaze theme. Think Kujo Jotaro from Jojo.
She can now hang around squatting like yakuza with Maya, Kirishima, Shiranui and other kanmusu portrayed as bad company.

I know. Still, I don't like how ichizo positioned the right braid. Imho it may be better if he had placed both braids together behind KK's head. Looks tidier that way, methinks =3
The only part of this I dislike this that silly... I don't even know what it is under the scraf. it clashes badly IMO it would be about perfect without it.

"So what vibe do I want here? Delinquent? Gangster? Pirate? Ninja? Hell with it, I'm-a do all of them."
