She'll even more surprise if she finds out that Japan had literally dragged Germany to war against America, through the Tripartite Pact of course. Which of course they're trying to avoid as much as possible while they're still conquering the Soviet.

Wasn't that Germany's decision? The Tripartite Pact only stated the powers would defend each other in case any one of them were attacked.
Actually Hitler was the one who urged it because several actions made by the US provoked him, he just used the pact as an excuse and force Germany to declare war against the US. Everybody knows that if Germany declares war with the US while haven't done dealing with the Soviets, will lead to nothing but disastrous results. Hitler also knows it but can't help it, he just got over confident until trouble escalates which marked his defeat.
And Churchill was surely thankful about that now that the Americans officially entering the war.
If Japan sent more spy to America to gathering more intel, they will found that most of US citizen doesn't want anything to do with european or china. Attacking pearl harbour truly a disaster for axis forces

i think they already did?? because they know what they are up to..

They did but they were out of mind, and also don't expect US war gears are too great when it running. At the end of WW2, US Navy has 28 aircraft carriers, 23 battleships, 71 escort carriers, 72 cruisers, over 232 submarines, 377 destroyers.

They didn't need to send anyone to spy. The general feeling in America before Pearl Harbor was in one way, the same as before her entry even in WWI.
Isolationist.
The US did not want anything to do with the conflict engulfing Europe nor in Asia. FDR had just enough support to send aid to China and the British. But actual military commitment and open war? Hell no, most Americans didn't want that. Americans were sympathetic to their plights but enough to a point to go to war? No.
Japan attacking Pearl Harbor changed that, and Germany was forced to declare war on the U.S. to support a Tripartite Pact member and making official to the gray area of fighting going on in the Atlantic as U.S. convoys shipped war material to the U.K., even involving fighting. But "unofficial fighting with convoys" is far different from full, open war as nations commit to that.
Still, Germany already had its hands full. The British were never subdued and presented problems in every compass direction except in the East. But in the East, Germany was knee deep in the early stages in its war with Russia. Then it made it official to go to war with the U.S. and be amazingly at war with the largest industrial, economic powers all at the same time (U.S., U.K., USSR, etc), with one of its own allies so distant that assistance and cooperation between them was impossible.
Germany wasn't forced to declare war on the US. The Tripartite Pact was in case any of its members were attacked, which didn't apply to this case because Japan was clearly the aggressor. Same way that Japan was not obligated to void its own non-aggression treaty with the USSR when the Germans attacked over there.
Hitler wanted Japan to attack the USSR over the US, but once the deed was done he was like, "Eh, might as well." on the grounds that he was going to have to fight the US eventually anyway and vastly underestimated how long it would take for the US to get on war footing. Not to mention that in his mind a "half Jewified and half negrofied" wouldn't put up much of a fight.

yeah.. Germany, throughout history is like the guy who, even tho his hands is clearly full, still got the guts to say "Come at me bro" lol.
Then she will be surprised once again when she heard Germany is in war with Soviet
That would hardly be a surprise. That was the German plan all along. Unfortunately for them they were dragged into fighting Italy's war in Africa and they couldn't get the quick end to the allies that they had hoped for, meaning that they couldn't truly focus on Russia.
Yup. And now, like any sensible person who wasn't part of the Japanese high command, she's asking why they went and kicked the sleeping giant.
Japanese ARMY command, Yamamoto was against the whole thing on grounds of it being stupid, but seeing as the Japanese Army thought it was clever to do things like unilaterally start wars with China, usurp civilian control of the Diet, extend the war far longer than was planned for and pretty much hold the Emperor hostage it's hardly surprising they pushed for it.

Pearl Harbor was completely unrelated to Germany's declaration of war, especially according to the declaration itself which was really just a confirmation that they were and have already been at war.
"MR. CHARGE D'AFFAIRES:
The Government of the United States having violated in the most flagrant manner and in ever increasing measure all rules of neutrality in favor of the adversaries of Germany and having continually been guilty of the most severe provocations toward Germany ever since the outbreak of the European war, provoked by the British declaration of war against Germany on September 3, 1939, has finally resorted to open military acts of aggression.
On September 11, 1941, the President of the United States publicly declared that he had ordered the American Navy and Air Force to shoot on sight at any German war vessel. In his speech of October 27, 1941, he once more expressly affirmed that this order was in force. Acting under this order, vessels of the American Navy, since early September 1941, have systematically attacked German naval forces. Thus, American destroyers, as for instance the Greer, the Kearney and the Reuben James, have opened fire on German sub-marines according to plan. The Secretary of the American Navy, Mr. Knox, himself confirmed that-American destroyers attacked German submarines.
Furthermore, the naval forces of the United States, under order of their Government and contrary to international law have treated and seized German merchant vessels on the high seas as enemy ships.
The German Government therefore establishes the following facts:
Although Germany on her part has strictly adhered to the rules of international law in her relations with the United States during every period of the present war, the Government of the United States from initial violations of neutrality has finally proceeded to open acts of war against Germany. The Government of the United States has thereby virtually created a state of war.
The German Government, consequently, discontinues diplomatic relations with the United States of America and declares that under these circumstances brought about by President Roosevelt Germany too, as from today, considers herself as being in a state of war with the United States of America.
Accept, Mr. Charge d'Affaires, the expression of my high consideration.
At least Japan changed for the better....unlike America
I see, so you fought with America...Keep your voice down a little.Huh?It's no wonder why the people here would get nervous...Hey, Hohshoh-san,
Houshou is in katakana, indicating some degree of unfamiliarity with pronouncing her name.Oh right, you wouldn't know. What's with this odd sense of tension in the air...?
Pearl Harbor: December, 1941
Sinking of the Bismarck: May, 1941
Eh?Eeeeehhhhhhhh—Why Japanese people, why!?Trademark phrase of Potato Jason.Well, we fought against the American ships before in the past, during which we lost quite a few of our people, so...Japan was at war with America!?
