No idea how to translate "no ja!!" but it is adorable. Probably a Futo-ism I'm not quite getting.

EDIT: "Google the phrase" to the rescue. It is a Futo-ism. Not archaic, but comes off as something someone's dad might say, as if she's trying, but failing, to "get with it".
