If I'm not mistaken, marriage is also decreases upkeep of a ship, so Inazuma will probably push for one of the carriers to get ringed.

iirc the BBs eat more than carriers, and the ring doesn't affect bauxite consumption. So Inazuma might be incorrect if she tries to push for one of the carriers.

For some reason i kinda root for Kongou here XD
