Rinnnosuke lost his mind because Marisa disappeared.
Youmu loved him and hoped he get better, so she took care of him.
But it went from bad to worse.
Youmu couldn't endure anymore. So she tried to kill him to end.
Finally, Rinnnosuke realized something with Youmu.
Which name he called in the last panel was unclear, so we can't know Rinnosuke recovered or not too.

It's a tragedy.
