Yep. Very low chance though, for a healthy young adult.

Of course, take the whole bottle by yourself (within 2 hours), and the chances will be somewhere close to under 50/50, assuming average weight.

Tried that once, never want to drink it pure. But hey, they made good limoncellos!

Except for Poles. I mean, we keep the record for highest registred level of alcohol in blood (about 23‰)
