Considering that one tag implies that this is a carrier-based fighter and another tag on the site was 'F-22N', then I'm pretty sure this is a navy version of the F-22 Raptor.

The F-35 has nothing to do with the cancellation of the F-22N (NATF program). NATF was cancelled in February 1991 due to projected high per-unit cost, largely due to the 1990 Major Aircraft Review cutting ATF/NATF production rates, and excessive weight (shades of ye olde F-111B.) This was 2 months before the F-22 itself was even announced as having won the Air Force's ATF competition (April 1991), 5 years and 9 months before the JSF development contract was signed, and a good 10 years and 8 months before the X-35 was announced as having won the JSF competition. The winners out of NATF's cancellation were instead the F-14 and F/A-18E/F - "highs" in a carrier-based high-low mix, not coincidentally much like the projected NATF, and unlike the F-35B.
