It's always safer to add the tagme tag, so that someone else can keep an eye and see if there's any missing tags. As long as you're not just using tagme and not doing any other tagging, I think it's fine.

And no, this is no offense of misuse, but should be a clarification, so I don't attack you here^^. But usinf tagme because there might be something missing is like adding tagme to 2,3 million of posts on danbooru since they all have missing details. But if you know that there is a missing detail, topic #12251 is the better place to ask, since you can specify what is missing in a post^^.

I'd go with the obvious - white_dress, covered_mouth, glowing, maybe shadow. It doesn't have to be perfect, but I should be able to find this image in a search.
So, if I was searching kantai_collection, white_hair, northern_ocean_hime, and enemy_aircraft_(kantai_collection) along with the artist name? It turns up fine.
