The shoujo manga have messed with her ability to read atmospheres. Now she'll misunderstand all sorts of scenarios, become extremely self-conscious, start questioning almost all of her actions and her self-esteem will plummet as she questions whether she's good enough to be with Tokonatsu or not.

Good thing no other girls are aiming for Tokonatsu or else they'd bully Bukki and probably confront her in the school bathroom or something.

Probably standard shoujo, which means involved plots where the guy jumps off to another girl and the heroine finds out by overhearing conversations like the one here.

You speak as if she could ever read the atmosphere - if she'd been able to do so in the first place, Tokonatsu-kun wouldn't be so conflicted as she'd have toned down the accidental pantyshots until he'd learned to enjoy them.

And this isn't the Admibro's base, so there's no Kongou-san to bully her. She'll be fine.

Yes, but I wanted to protect the ambiguity present in the Japanese; while we are quite aware that it's most probably from a manga - but it's not 100% clear. Honestly, 'time' would probably work better for that.
