Anyone IRL maybe not. Pokeworld? Given the stuff they can lift (including but not limited to a bag containing a one-ton Nebby lifted by a scrawny girl)? Easily.
There is a Lovecraft story where a mad scientist invented a device that allows two dimensions to merge allowing people to see monsters that are normally intangible. I'd be surprised if there isn't a modern version that involved smartphones.
