Just noticed there isn't many Moana arts on here or Pixiv because the movie won't be out in Japan until March.

I mean, for a country that has its own Disneyland for crying out loud, I don't understand why Japan take so long to import western films into its cinemas.

I mean I know China has similar policies that they'll delay Hollywood releases and shorten their showing time to give Chinese film industries more competing chance, but as far as I know Japan doesn't do any of that, yet take months after everyone else before they can show your average Marvel or Disney film in theaters.
