    お客さん気分 refers to an attitude of relying on others to do things for you without taking initiative on your job, as though you're a customer/VIP instead of a employee/member of the crew. The word originates from the corporate industry (used by corporate trainers to refer to less-enthusiastic workers).

    It would be even more funny if Bismarck was envious at this kind of training when Prinz relays her letters though it would be even more impressive if she becomes the navy's Otto Skorzeny (as I recall, there are no navy commandos iirc)
