Something along the lines of how Souryuu has a tendency to sometimes commit heavily to her actions, which combined with the flexible line seems to have the implication she doesn't adapt to changing conditions that well. Not totally sure either; sorry if that doesn't help much.

In regards to Pudding not being unable to react to rapid situations, I am now reminded how her sister Blucher derped when Oscarsborg's shore defense torpedo tubes hit home and she keeled up though when Eugen was Bismarck's consort during that slugfest that sent PoW bleeding and saw Hood's horrible mag det, I doubt she wasnt super reactive since she was also straddled as well.
