A simpler way is to copy the image location/address (you can do this by right clicking on the image) and then paste that address into the "Source" field when you are uploading. DO NOT use "Choose File". If you do it this way on Pixiv, Twitter, and select other sites, it will automatically upload the largest size file even if you copied the address of the sample size. But it's a good idea in general (since you may be on a site that's not covered) to make sure you are on the largest version of the image before copying the address.

Since you're not using the bookmarklet (which does the following things automatically), don't forget to click the "Similar," "Artist," and "Fetch Source Data" buttons after you paste the URL so that the upload page will check for duplicates and translate the artist, copyright, and character tags.
