Uh, I can't get the flag option to work but... that's not the quality of the original file.
It can't be flagged because it's still pending (i.e. it's already in the mod queue). Since you uploaded the proper one, this one should just die in the queue in 3 days. (Next time something like this happens, make the bad upload a child of the good one so it's obvious what's going on during that period.) Good catch!
