Hibikis generally come in three varieties:
1) Seductive type (e.g. Kouji's, Ha Akabouzu's, Yua's, bbb's). Some of these are also a bit psycho, like Yua's and Ha Akabouzu's.

2) Weirdo semi-silent type (e.g. Kadose Ara's, Hisahiko's, Sanari's). Extreme examples will be stuck on Pokespeak mode saying nothing but хорошо's.

3) PTSD woobie (6thDesDiv entries in the Heart-Breaking pool are filled with these).

Sometimes they overlap.

A good example of the overlap variety is k hiro's. A lot of her pics could probably count as the PTSD woobie (certainly post #1610582 is the sort of thing that comes to mind when I read that), but lately she's been more the tsukkomi to Akatsuki's boke, which might be a little closer to #2.

Personally, I've always leaned more towards adopting the DDs, especially the 6th DesDiv like how Kadose Ara's comic goes, as well as some of the Yuugumos. I'd totally pay premium cash to have a Sims-style "blow cash on giving the 6th DesDiv better furniture for their own rooms" type of thing, rather than just the office.

... Or maybe I should just re-install the Sims and make some 6th DesDiv characters...

There is always the Fubooty. The first special type destroyer is heavy cruiser grade.

I only just recently realized that I always conflate Akabouzu's Hibiki with Kouji's.
