    Cute Kumano

    Fubuki is carrying on the duties as a substitute.
    That is, Fubuki's a body-double for the admiral instead of something like a T-head.

    It's not technically Admiral Fubuki, gomA just used her as a body-double for The Admiral in the early strips. After the art shift gap, she never appears (at least, as an admiral,) again.
