I like that Red is back... really, but he didn't age very well. Not like Green.

So they're supposed to be canonically 20 years old now or something?

I don't mind the grown up face, but the costume design just made both of them looks too much like generic NPCs.

Love these designs, red looks much older here and is as stoic as ever while Green really grew into his smug look. The only question now is where's Blue?

Yeah Red is too simple. But they in a place with freaking hot weather so I guess he can't wear that jacket of his.

And they've gotten older? Wow.

On another note; I had a thought that Sun & Moon took place somewhere in the future of the SM anime with how all the trial leader were still students and the whole Demo thing with Ash/Satoshi's Greninja. I can't help but think that it was it was all because of Ash that Lillie constantly have that angry face, seeing as how she look so happy in the show.

I do wonder if they gave Red and Green the same Pokemon but just boosted level + skills and maybe a harder IA.
or they gave them some new pokemon, Pretty sure Green is going to get Alola Exeggutor

Considering the Pokemon we've seen them sent out first in the trailer were Pikachu and Alakazam, most likly but we'll have to wait and see for ourselves next month.

Calling it, their team would be perfectly the same as in gen 1/2. Red with Pikachu/Venusaur/Blastoise/Charizard/Snorlax/Aerodactyl, Green with Alakazam/Pidgeot and the other ones he had when you battled him as Champion.

Don't you mean Lapras/Espeon? Red never used an Aerodactyl in battle as an opponent. He used Espeon in gen 2 and Lapras in gen 4.
