You can move the translation boxes if need be by just dragging-and-dropping. So long as you don't save, then it won't mess anything up, even if you fling it to the far edge of the image.

@a0r10n For future reference, if you can't click to edit a translation box because it's partially covered, you can move the overlapping box out of the way. As long as you don't save any changes to the overlapping box, the move will be undone when you refresh the page.
That's all and well; I just couldn't get it to stick that way. I figured it would be nice for future readers who wanted to click that link, but didn't know you could move the boxes. Alas, I can move the boxes, but I didn't think/know to save them afterwards. (^^; Sorry for the trouble.
