Copyright Law, to the delight of lawyers, is a clusterfuck, but I'd assume only A. A. Milne's estate could sue for Pooh --- even if they licensed Disney to show a version of him.
Same with Alice --- which may be why Disney prefers ripping off fairy tales.
Apparently not. Looking it up, Milne sold the copyright ( running out in 2026 ) to Pooh to a Slesinger, whose family licensed rights to Disney, and sued and lost, American judges ruling Disney has all rights: I don't know if that means they can stop reprints of Milne's books, or if they think they can stop little girls dressing up as Pooh. They would have to be enormously petty.
