If I remember correctly, the Mark IV should have two levers and two pedals so Warspite is kiinda understanda- wait, A CHURCHILL COULD HAVE DONE FINE, YA SILLY DREAD.

HMS Warspite was laid down Oct 31 1912, and launched Nov 26 1913. She's only one year behind Kongou, so the mark is a valid one to put on the tank.

Let's be honest here, no tank in the Mk series during WWI can accelerate this fast to make such an entrance. Warspite must have modified the tank in one way or another. Nitrogen booster maybe?
