Have you ever wondered how Sekibanki eats using that detached_head of hers? Where does the food go?
Well, she still has a neck, right? I'd assume it would just function as normal, as long as she lined it up right. Or, perhaps her head physically attaches & detaches to her neck, instead of being detached and just sitting on her neck.
