Seriously, if you haven't seen this film, why the heck are you looking at spoiler tagged images? Major damn spoilers below in the spoiler bar.
This whole film was a damn emotional roller coaster. Though my prediction that Taki would actually turn out to be Mitsuha reincarnated (or possibly the other way round) didn't come to pass, even though it seemed like it was being foreshadowed (e.g. Tessie talking about past lives). But that plot twist, damn.

Well, I was going through and rating/favoring newest posted images that I liked when I encountered this image and really liked it. The art is good with an overwhelming feeling of melancholy, bittersweet love and acceptance so I had to fav it. When I faved it it didn't even have a tag for where it was from so I had no idea whether it was based on something or not.

Worry, not I avoided reading the black bar that you made so I do not know more than, this is the end. But like the VN "Eden* They Were Only Two, On The Planet" I can easily enjoy things just as much even knowing the true end of the story beforehand.
