I'm… not sure how to translate Karen's verbal tics without sounding like a total wreckage. Was thinking maybe "Happy Barchday Karen-chan!" but then… I don't know.

That's a good suggestion, considering what the translators used for the anime. Thanks, although it seems that a friend already translated it. I suppose "bir'day" sounds sooomewhat British.
