    She drew what she wanted to put in a transparent layer into the background layer - a major pain in the ass, because your options are to either do it all again from scratch, or try to selectively delete, which can make it look like a bad photoshopping of your own picture.

    Whoops, put 下描き as background instead of sketch - she did her line-work directly on the initial sketch-up layer.

    Now, if the sketching was in, say blue, and the lines in black, you could use select colour removal to fix it easy....
