It's a preview, not the whole doujin. It's missing most of its pages. For all we know, it's a damn good guess the reason why she's making that face is because the Admiral showed up right then.

I think she was talking with someone else while Admiral Shiro showed off a picture in the background of her day/date with Asashio.
