As in the quote "Bella, horrida bella!" that can get displayed on Rome: Total War loading screens. (translation: "Wars, horrible wars!")

EDIT: pluralized "war" to "wars", also, making a note about sarcasm/joking.

Yes, in Latin "bella" means "wars" ("war" is "bellum").
However, I don't see why Aquila should use Latin here ("bella" means only "beautiful (f.s.)" in Italian).
