Considering that the artist is from China, I think "15块钱" should be translated as "15 Yuan" (China's official currency) instead of "15 bucks".

"Bucks" is the English equivalent of "块钱", so its fine.

This guy's translations seem to be getting looser and looser.

There was a story in the news recently about a group of people trying to kill themselves with pesticide on a train. I'm guessing this is in reference to that. Not like it will affect her, though...
