Trish would probably be an Assassin class given what she's done on-screen, such as trying to backstab Dante in the first game, to dealing with demons as Gloria in the fourth. Sanctus would definitely be a Ruler, Agnus would be an Archer, and Arkham would be a Caster with Jester as their alter-ego.
