In economics, the price that something is offered for in the marketplace (as opposed to market value, which is how much it's worth in a completely transparent market situation).

In restaurants, it's the price that the restaurant will charge you for a dish based on how much they had to pay for the ingredients; you usually see this for fish dishes that use freshly-caught fish, as the price often varies depending on the catch conditions.
They put 'market price' on the menu so they can just write it on the specials board or the like, as it sounds better than something like 'price on request'.

The term used here in the Japanese (時価 /jiki/) is what you would find on sushi restaurant menus for things such as blue-fin tuna, which is usually bought under auction conditions; and as such, the price can vary wildly. (The more technical term, 市場価格 /shijoukakaku/, is literally the market+price, but that doesn't really work on a menu - English doesn't differentiate like Japanese does (this is also the term used for the economic concept.))

Basically, Akebono can name her price here.

This was almost worth the embarrassment too. Especially since the service was provided under duress, Sazanami can't turn down Akebono's requests. Especially not of she doesn't want her lucky blessings to reverse.

Technically, market price would be the price everyone else (that is, the market) is charging for these sorts of things. (That can still be expensive, considering this sort of "service" might be in the thousands of yen for various "services" that cosplay cafes charge, but it isn't necessarily "can demand Sazanami hand over her clothes.")

With fish, it basically comes down to, "whatever the restaurant paid for the fish, plus a standard markup to cover the restaurant's overhead plus profit," for a service like this, it's essentially down to however much you need to pay the average cosplay cafe worker in places like this. (Presuming we're not adding a 'Bono premium...)
