Well...that's true, but they should have made the middle symbol visible, like in the Spain flag.

The guys on the two Italian flags look the same to me. Maybe Italy was used twice because he had a point he needed to emphasize? Maybe he's just a camera hog?

This is from Axis Powers Hetalia, and actually, there should be two Italies. Based on what their personalities I believe the top one is supposed to be Northern Italy and the bottom one is supposed to be Southern Italy.

There is no Mexico in Axis Powers Hetalia.

The crest on the Spanish flag is visible just 'by accident', because it is actually on the left side of the flag since 1981, and all characters' heads are on the right side.

Well, according to the creator of Hetalia, the lower Italian is Southern Italian, the brother of Italian (the upper one). They are two separate guys because of the difference in historical background (between N.Italy and S.Italy).

no it is not mexico.
It is 2 times Italy~
It's northern Italy (Feliciano) and southern Italy (Romano).
Since the Italy in the last row is this rude, I would say it's Romano. But I am not sure~

Actually, it's Romano the second time. He's South Italy.
