    Historically, Yamakaze should be older than Kasumi (According to wiki, Kasumi launched November 18th, 1937 while Yamakaze launched at February 21st, 1936). But in the story, I want to depict her as a cute younger sister instead.

    Please enjoy the story about their valentine event.

    I had to check closely because all i could see is Shigure's hands but yeah.

    Though i assumed the rule is if you can't see the person in the picture, then you shouldn't the character. :|

    If you can see a piece of the person, like seeing only their head or only a leg it's tagged. If it's there visually it's tagged, even if it's a small bit.
