One could also flag this post, because the child version was deleted far before this was uploaded.
Flagging is usually reserved for quality issues. Can someone point out the problems which necessitate flagging? The blurring appears to be stylistic choice like the watercolour style they've chosen here.

Extremely sketchy. If that's enough with the new Janitors that were promoted after the Twitter version was deleted: Maybe. But if something like that EVER happens again, I'd highly suggest to upload the post for approval.

Watercolors aren't usually super realistic. If the watercolor style isn't valid, then we need to review every post tagged as that and tell every artist that uses it that they're not producing art.
For that matter every sketch type post is "sketchy" and should be mass flagged based on that definition.

Yeah no, I think that the whole surroundings look pretty rushed. And we have to take them inton account imo. Trees might be better and also the tank. The characters are looking ok.
But keep in mind that this was mainly flagged for the reason that it should be reviewed. Even if you are a Contributor: If you see a deleted post and you upload the Pixiv version from it, I think one should always put it into the queue. There is also another post pending the queue because of that. But in this case, the flaws are much easier to describe for me.

I understand the need to allow flagging of all users - I disagree with the reason used. Looking at "real" art in museums with a similar stylistic choice in how they depict objects like trees and landscapes with this type of painted look gives me a different perspective on what is "rushed". The more defined character designs versus the trees and tank draws the eye to the characters first - something that I'm thinking was osakana's intent.
It's also used for depicting something that's more "dreamlike", which fits with the feel of the picture IMO. Especially since there's a tank there completely out of place in that setting.
