Built and served under France, scuttled, refloated by the Italians, captured by the Germans, sunk and then refloated by the Allies, scrapped, raised again as Seaplane Tender Hime, sunk by Japanese shipgirls and raised again as a shipgirl. She's had a hard life it seems.

    It's a shipgirl's life, for us
    It's a shipgirl's life, for us
Instead of Kai Ni, we get krumped
Instead of servings, we get sunk
    It's a shipgirl's life...

Egalite, Liberte, Fraternite apparently does not apply to Fleet Girls it would seem, probably because of the lack of prerequisites for that Fraternite part.

    She's French.
    She belongs to the Germans!
    She's Italian!
According to the internet, in 1943 the Italians refloated her. Due to the Italian surrender, she was captured by the Germans. In 1944, Soviet bombs are said to have sunk her again. However, this all seems to be just the accepted view.
Commandant Teste, scuttled during the tragedy at Toulon
According to "France, Germany, Italy: The Elusive Carrier Construction Plan", the Italian plan to refloat her never actually came to fruition.
After the war, she was refloated again. There were plans to remodel her into an escort or training carrier that did not come to be. She was scrapped in 1950.
