A tank would amount to little more than an additional secondary battery, and a small one at that.
Tanks were never meant to fight ships, although I imagine that they could take on boats... too bad that the air component is missing, as planes can carry bombs/torpedoes that can penetrate the hulls of a ship.
Regardless, the most likely scenario for combined naval/ground forces would be to have ground versus ground during which naval attempts to provide artillery support while also contending with opposing naval forces...
