Could someone explain this whole "Toel Ur Gonzalez" shtick? This isn't the first time this has come up in the comic, and I'm just as confused now as I was then.

Graf and Bisko both have a bit of a chuuni streak. Also see post #1638895 for the introduction of Bisko's puchi - comments on that one suggests that naming puchis "Gonzales" comes from the original Puchimasu!.

The 'Toel Ur' part also comes from Laputa.

In the first season of Puchimasu! kisaragi_chihaya would suggest Gonzales or anything else with 'Gon' in it as the name for every new Puchi that was introduced.
