I'd put her in the 18-24 range, along with Nitori and Sekibanki

I am overanalyzing this image, and Alice herself seems to get lots of fanart about being alone in a birthday setting (despite this one artwork seemingly being about the author itself), but this one in specific stood out for me, she's alone but not miserable, this is a moment for celebration regardless of if there's anyone else to see it, she made it this far and probably will keep making progress going forward, loneliness was always treated as insurmountable and seeing someone get through it is striking, and best part is that the author of this one is still active, I hope he is doing fine for himself after all these years if my reading of this art being slighty based on himself is accurate, his passion certainly didn't die down.
